Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at premiumoptics.us@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
